Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal you may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. 

Shipping And Handling
All goods are despatched by a third party courier and their terms and conditions apply. For larger quantity please contact us for more information. 

Delivery Schedule
Stylish Whisky strive to secure the most efficient and low-cost delivery possible.

Please allow 7/14 days delivery, however, delivery is normally within 2-4 working days UK mainland and 7-10 working days International, however, some brands take longer if we have run out of stock.

We will inform you of any delays. International orders are sent out entirely at your own risk.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check what customs restrictions apply and notify Stylish Whisky of any special instructions. We will not be responsible for seized or impounded goods or any fines, duties or taxes arising from this. These will be met by the purchaser. 

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. 

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. All transactions are guaranteed by our Shopify default payment provider and PayPal.

Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love any items you buy from us, but if you need to return your order, we're here to help! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, the process is simple and it does not affect your statutory rights.

 Please note the following conditions of our returns policy:

  • You must notify us you wish to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Personalised or custom made items cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must be unused and be returned in their original packaging.
  • The return postage cost is your responsibility unless the items being returned are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • We cannot take responsibility for any returns lost in transit; therefore, we recommend you send items back to us via recorded delivery.
  • We can only refund your order to the original payment method.

If goods delivered to you are damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will replace these for you free of charge. We cannot replace incorrect items where you have provided us with the wrong information (e.g. You have made a spelling error for a personalised product). Please note, images have been provided for illustration only. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching of products.

If all of the above conditions have been met, we refund your order in full, including any original postage and packing fees, on receipt of your return.
